Last term through my RBL observations with Jenna, Meg and Diane the evidence suggested that my next steps were creating clearer learning intentions, task, learning question and success criteria to articulate prior learning. This is still a work in progress but I am now using videoed lessons from the board to front-load my students, plus the steps through the success criteria and next steps.

Ireally like the way you are using videos to support the children with their learning. This definitely gives the children the opportunity to learn at their own pace and 'go back' to consolidate this learning whilst still freeing you up to work with others.
